Welcome to Permanent Alien Design
Permanent Alien Web and Graphic Design

The Design Process

Starting a website can be intimidating if you are unsure of the process. At Permanent Alien Design, we strive to make this process as easy as possible:

1. Contact us.

2. Requirements Evaluation

This is where you can describe what you would like your website to do for you. If this is a redesign, you can tell us what you like/dislike about your current website and what you would like to change.

3. The Quote

Permanent Alien can then prepare an in-depth quote which will contain a breakdown of all costs and services.

4. Approval of Quote

Once any required adjustments are made to the quote, the client will then give approval to proceed with the project. A contract will be signed by both parties.

5. Data Collection

The client provides any information, photos etc for content, which will be required to be incorporated within the site design and content.

6. Design Concepts & Approval

Based on any color, logo and font information provided by the client, we will then present you with a variety of design templates from which to choose. The chosen design can then be further tweaked until final approval and sign-off. In this way, Permanent Alien strives to ensure that your final website will be unique and truly distinctive.

7. Site Structure &/or Database Development

All information provided by you will be input into the site structure and database (where applicable).

8. Testing

Before going live, your website will go through a testing period in which we will test links, ensuring proper code and also test in various browsers.

9. Going Live

Your new website will be launched live to the public.

10. Maintenance

This can be self-managed by you, the client, or by Permanent Alien.
